Nette kamers maar niet echt top. 1 kamer die we hadden was smal met de bedden in de lengte waarvan 1 pal.voor de badkamer. Dat was minder. Verder OK maar niet bijzonder. Uitzicht op het meer wat wel mooi is.

No place is all bad so I’ll start with the good. The location is pretty, the hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. Also, the food at the a la carte restaurant is quite good. But there are serious problems…. There is no elevator, so you either have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs or the staff will assist you. If the only trouble is getting your bags upstairs that’s a work around. But if you have trouble walking, that’s no help. The rooms are small; good luck opening two suitcases at once. The food at the buffet restaurant is mediocre and expensive. And then there’s breakfast, The hotel holds all the tables in the nice room with windows for large tour groups and forces everyone else to fight for the few tables in the dark inner room—even if the tour groups aren’t seated.

Battle Hotel very good service by Sandra and thanks to her the experience was better, it is noticeable that they are changing things but they offer very basic services. Positive points stand out the restaurant and not going to the buffet and the private spa for a fee is recommended. Negative points no shampoo or conditioner and you have to shower with flip flops the bathrooms are really disgusting for the price you pay totally denouncable the quality price ratio the staff very friendly especially Sandra and the Portuguese staff but the hotel management should review the low quality of many aspects of its establishment is more reminiscent of an athletes residence than a hotel

Space also in bathroom fine. Shower water comes through under glass wall so wet mess. Dinner choice expensive buffet with the masses id even more expensive bistro. Chose the last. Ate well. Breakfast saw good reviews but was disappointing. Also those large groups again. It was poorly replenished. Waiting for new supply, took a long time. No fried eggs, scrambled or hard-boiled. Also yoghurt little choice. For the price you have to pay, the expectations were higher.

it was very unhelpful staff and bad service when calling the number to the hotel and no assistance or trying to help you out. No local staff was answering the phone and did not meet any local staff during the stay. Fruit were old at breakfast. Will prefer smaller places for the future with better customer service
