前台服務不錯。酒店設施陳舊，衞生一般，房間裏下水道味也很大。車停在停車場還被撞了，酒店配合保險給查了監控。

酒店環境還好吧 對的上這個價位 但是這個前台也是離譜 訂酒店前打電話再三詢問洗衣機是否有烘乾功能 一直跟我説有的 過去衣服拿去洗的時候發現壓根沒有烘乾功能 前台説放在樓下烤火機器上她幫我們看着 然後前台居然去睡覺了 衣服直接被燒掉了 本身定這家酒店就是因為説洗衣機有烘乾功能衝著洗衣服去的 結果衣服沒洗成還直接把衣服燒了 酒店賠償了原本衣服的價格 但是自己還是要連夜點外賣買新的衣服 自己也是損失了幾百 也是夠離譜的
