外觀看着不錯，軟件太差，入住前台看到帶着孩子入住送了個玩具較貼心。吹風機放置處莫名其妙一灘水，機身都是濕的，可見打掃房間的保潔根本沒有整理到位。晚上酒店把中央空調關閉，早上才可以使，夜裡挺熱，估計酒店是為了省電節省開支嗎？第二天退房，保潔説她們有任務需要寫好評，還特意強調自己姓“周”，我請問這位保潔。您幫忙幹什麼活了，還好意思白*好評？！

酒店房間環境好，設施齊全，前台Marry服務熱情。離店的時候充電器落在房間了，感謝服務人員蘆丙林，專門幫我們取了送下樓。總體滿意，下次來牡丹江還會選擇住在這兒。

酒店距離高速距離適中，上下高速方便，不用過多穿城。酒店整體環境非常好，晚間休息安靜。酒店的服務人員很熱情，尤其是周淑萍和韓薇。酒店早餐也很在線，符合之前去過的幾家假日酒店的標準。
