The air conditioner in the room made strange noises, and the dust from the filter inside the air conditioner was visible. The air conditioner had poor cooling and needed to be combined with a ceiling fan.
The mattress was soft, but the headboard was very dusty and not cleaned.

Every time I go to Muar on business, I stay in this hotel. It is a relatively good hotel in Muar and convenient for travel. The only point I am not satisfied with is that there is no breakfast provided.

The chair is too dirty, cleaner not done their job properly?! The hairdryer is broken, can’t use at all! The aircon not cold even though the temperature is 16! One night charges SGD 100, worst 4 star hotel even! Definitely not coming back again, not recommend at all!
