Poor customer service provider. Made complaint to cancel bookong due to suring check in time no staff is at frontdesk for over 20mins at 5pm. Not a single explaination call or apologize call from hotel after complaint filed-in.

I have stayed here many times. Some of the room equipment is broken and the environment is not very good. I was charged 10 ringgits more when I checked out at 12:30. The cleaning staff was nice.
