PPT Muar Hotel is my favourite capsule hostel in Muar, easy check-in, no deposit needed, ample & safe parking space provided.
The accommodation is tidy and comfortable, huge and clean bathroom. However the main problem is weak wifi connection. The landscape design of the hotel is awesome and have some nice corners to sit and chill.

This place is as clean as it was when I visited about 8 years ago. Keep up the great work!
Highly recommended for anyone who just needs a place to rest and relax without the bustle of sightseeing. And very convenient street food at glutton street and the Bentayan food court nearby.
Lastly, May I suggest savoury instead of sweet snacks in the dining room on the ground floor.

TtanFirst is toilet bowl is very dirty as like no cleaning, and just have two not firm anymore's pillows, room got some smelly (like musty smell)
Reception is very friendly, and the room is provided toothbrush, shower cap and soap
Parking is alot, no need worry about carparking

AAtiyahThe hotel is located in very strategic location. Near to Pasar Karat Muo, coffee shops, street arts. Very cute and aesthetic deco. Can see bandar Muar overlooking the river from rooftop. Comfy bed. But the hotel room has smelly odour, and a bit small for the price.

GGuest UserI reached there around 1130pm, the odour at the whole ground floor is really bad, very strong smell of sewage system? , the moment I entered feels the place is so stink.
The air ventilation I think is really good, until the room have that smell, feels like the bed and pillow and blanket also that bad smell.
Even the sink water that I use to brush teeth , I feel want to puke because of the water taste? Dno why psychologically all is that bad smell all over.
I asked my parents they say afternoon was ok, night time when they come back really aiyohai

CChuaSanHotel room is quite plenty .. no carpets.. but is ok for 1 night stay.. should say very convenient within walking distance to all place of interest and shopping mall . 10 mins walk straight down can get cheap and nice seafood restaurant

TtrekkitheworldA decent stay for a night or two at this price point for an old hotel given the excellent location in the city center and a 3 minute walk to the intercity bus terminal.
Air-conditioning wasn't working well the first day but somehow managed to resolve itself by the second day.
Seaview, street facing rooms maybe noisy due to traffic below. The room and toilet was minimally clean but there were clusters of ants claiming the desk for themselves.
Housekeeping is done daily and bottled water and coffee are replenished.

TTAN See CheeThere is no lift going up to the hotel lobby and rooms. So not suitable for those who are unable to walk up stairs and carrying big luggage.
Also there is no allocated car parks, guest has to compete for public car park which could ended far away from the hotel as many cars are using the public ones.
Restroom layout is not ideal without shower compartment.

AAnonymous UserClassic muar hotel is my third time staying there because the downstairs has a mall and nearby have a lot of foodie, after parking we can walk along to Muar famous eat street food and enjoy breakfast.
Best View
This hotel is this time so lucky high floor and has a partial seaview. This hotel water heater needs 5 minutes only to enjoy a hot tub or shower.
Service is super nice.
They also have a good service because we cannot find a TV remote control and request for remote control in just a few minutes.
(Actually too dark and remote really under the sofa)
So in the morning we found two remote controls.
Anyway really thanks to that guy so late I still need to work.
Nearby most of the time I will enjoy the famous otak Ali char kuey teow , his stall I will order once I stay here. Hua Nan Laksa also must try but must go before 10am. Teow chew kuih must try.
