"The hotel location is strategic, you can view the pyramid from your room or you can reach to Level 5, there is a rooftop for breakfast. This building come with elevator but can fit maximum 3person (with luggage) at one time. Their front desk is helpful and one of the staff can speak Mandarin. The room sizes was quite spacious for 2persons. You can open the 28inch luggage fully. Cleanliness can be improved further and the furniture is aged. The water heater cannot last long and the temperature is inconsistent, so you have to bath quickly. We stay here for one night only hence we don’t really spend much times in the hotel. I will still recommended this hotel if you are looking for a hotel that closer to the entrance of pyramid and clean neighbourhood."

"I give a 10/10 to the location, a beautiful terrace looking straight to the Pyramids. What makes this place special are the people working there, some of the kindest we met across Egypt, they helped and made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend Doudou!"

"The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray."

"This was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful. The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room) The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too. The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness. I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people. The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask. The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather. Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new. Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend."

"Great stay! As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the owner and welcomed with some yogurt and congee a satisfying treat after a long flight. The hotel has the feel of an Airbnb or homestay, as it is located in an apartment building. The location is excellent, with an ATM, cafes, and a supermarket all on the same street. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, giving us a sense of safety which is especially comforting in a city like Cairo, where you're often approached by people trying to sell you something. Their team goes above and beyond, even accompanying guests to buy fresh fruits if needed. The owner, Ismail, speaks Arabic, Chinese, and English fluently. As a former tour guide, he offered great recommendations for things to do around Egypt which was especially helpful for us since we didn’t have a strict itinerary. He also helped us navigate Cairo, including how to get to the pyramids and how to use inDrive for ride-hailing, essential information we wouldn't have known otherwise. As a Singaporean, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone from the region, given its affordability and exceptional service. The pyramid view alone makes it worth staying here!"

We arrived in the evening and were immediately offered dinner, which they arranged themselves. We ordered chicken — they brought grilled chicken with a delicious nut sauce and fresh vegetable salad. It was incredibly tasty 😋 Later, we asked for some fruit — it was delivered quickly as well. They constantly checked if everything was okay and if they could help with anything — all within reason. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful and cozy — a pleasant place to be. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, which is very convenient. 🛍️ 💯 Highly recommend!"

"You can see a bit of the pyramids from the rooftop. It seems to be a five-story building, but there seems to be construction going on below the third floor, so it can be a bit noisy at times. It's just one street down, but the windows don't close all the way, so you can feel the noise. Free amenities included two bottles of water, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, and body cream. You can choose from three types of breakfast, but I recommend the Egyptian breakfast at the top of the menu. Everything is delicious. Dinner is also delicious, but a bit pricey. There is a gas station nearby, and a convenience store there with all the prices listed. The prices are almost the same as at the supermarket. It is relatively clean, has all the amenities, and is recommended if you are staying in Giza."

"Very happy hotel, unexpected surprise. The hotel is fully equipped, comfortable, clean and not far from the pyramid scenic spot. There is also a Carrefour supermarket next to it. Shopping and sightseeing are very convenient. The hotel also provides Western breakfast. The boss is a very friendly person. Although we arrived early, we arranged a room for us as soon as possible.
