Trip.com did not disclose under its policy section for the resort that there is a $35.00 per day resort fee and a $2.00 per day destination fee over and above the charges paid to trip.com. Need better information concerning the total amount to be paid. Will probably not use your site to book any further travel.

The room was great but NO AMENITIES, if you're looking for a place that is Luxury this is not it!!!! All the employees are Young Kids that just don't have any customer service skills no one present managing, no vending machines only two restaurants on premises did have one beach party but there is no beach available just sand on the premises. So disappointing. Bar closed at 7 then other at 9 this is not a 4star maybe 3 star but should not be on the best resort list that is very deceiving and Food was not great just adequate. Not enough staff and just found out they are in a process of Selling. Do NOT STAY HERE Many great hotels not resorts on King street.

Family of four traveling with our 2 1/2 year old and 1 year old. All accommodations were made for us quickly and efficiently. Such a great family friendly vacation. We could have just stayed on the resort the entire time!

The Fish House Restaurant at the Charleston Harbor Marina, my husband & I sat at our favorite two-topper in the bar area. Jacob came over as soon as we sat, introduced himself, and took our drink order. He was above the top of our service here in the past. He was attentive and offered explanations of the specials. We will certainly return and hope Jacob is working to serve us.

Hotel os beautiful and just outside downtown Charleston, the free shuttle from the hotel to downtown made the stay perfect.

Great place to stay and relax. Clean comfortable rooms, great water pressure with instant hot water. Good coffee in the am. We came just to do nothing and that's what we did. Sat on the balcony, watched boats and storms roll in and got some rest. We did get to enjoy the beach party and then retired early from it where we got to watch the storm come and everyone run. Fun times!
