The room was very clean and close to the sea. You can see the sunset, it's so beautiful! If you drive a little further, you can go to the seaside boardwalk to see a more beautiful sunset and take more beautiful photos of the sunset!

The first room that I was given (303) had an overwhelming musty and damp smell that I requested another room. I was given room 335. The smell wasn’t as bad but noticeable. I thought I could manage with it. I did not sleep all night. When I finally got up, very early morning, I left because my head was pounding. When I got home, everything that I had brought into the hotel with me smelled musty. My CPAP had to be thoroughly cleaned because the odor was holding in the tubes and tank. The following day, my headache was still present. The pluses were that the staff was friendly, the bathroom was very clean ( and not a musty smelling) and they were willing to change my room without question. I had left a medicine bag and they contacted me assp. I was able to retrieve it.

I typically stay at this property, once or twice a year, while visiting the Charleston area. I've always had an good experience, even though this property is always on the pricey side. Easy access from the main road, plenty of parking, clean. I can't think of a single complaint other than the price... though this is pretty much the norm for the geographical area in general. A special thanks to the front desk, check-in staff member, Diamond. Diamond was exceptionally nice, an excellent representative of the business, friendly, and competent... and she spoke English! By all leans stay at this property, but bring your credit card!

The service is terrible. Front desk person was rude when I asked if the person that managed the dining room could refill some things. It was 15 min later and nothing done. I went back and He said “find other things to eat. be patient they will get to it”

The property was wonderful, breakfast was great, but the BEST THING about this place is the staff! We had a mix up, and Curt at the front desk went out of his way to help! Every company needs employees like Curt! Thank you so much, we really appreciate it! ⭐️🌟⭐️

Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The lady over the breakfast area was very kind to us. She was a no nonsense type person. The inn was clean and well kept. Breakfast is located on the second floor. There was a small pool, but we didn't get the chance to use it. The location made it easy to get to Sullivan Island and to the USS Yorktown museum. I would definitely stay at this location again. The linens were clean and the towels were thick. The beds were comfy.

Adequate. The location is convenient to access Charleston for an appointment. Their breakfast was a good assortment of hot and cold items. The room was musty smelling and carpet felt damp. Layers of the bathroom door had separated from the moisture. Thin walls as I heard every conversation that walked down the hallway. Plenty of parking but you need to drive to get to food or entertainment options. Overall, adequate for one night and the location.

Very clean and safe hotel. location is perfect to the USS Yorktown, a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Lobby was bustling with people checking in and music playing, which really was calming and upbeat. The person who checked me in was helpful and knew the area well and was very helpful with the traffic going into the downtown area as to when to leave. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and hot and various choices. A woman was restocking items and cleaning the tables. All the employees were friendly. I only stayed for one night and went across the bridge to stay at a hotel there for a wedding that was prebooked. In hindsight, I wish I would have stayed at the Comfort Suites instead of leaving, but live and learn. Would definately stay there again if I was in the area.
