Courtyard Charleston Mt. Pleasant

We enjoyed our time here, and it was a pleasant stay. However, there are a few small things that management might want to consider: a) There is no plug/charger next to the bed, where one might expect. This would help with convenience at night b) There is only one light in the bathroom and it is fairly bright. It would be helpful if there were dual lights and/or to have one separate for the vanity and the shower. c) The refrigerator needs to be recalibrated. It was ice cold and froze both our food and our water. d) The food/breakfast was good in the bistro, but the prices were on the high side. Again, nothing major but passing on observational comments. It is still a very nice place to stay.

Everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful! Shout out to Haven, Connie, and Marylin for all of their help and kindness! The hotel was beautiful and clean, it was a very good stay!

Very nice, very clean! The pool area was great. The room was comfortable and roomy. But what made this stay so special was Marilyn, the lovely lady who works the front desk. This woman deserves a raise, what a tremendous asset she is to this location!! She gave directions, restaurant recommendations, helped plan our days so we could see everything we wanted to see and more. I can’t say enough about how she made our stay perfect! Five stars for Marilyn. Please tell her how much we appreciated her.. and let her know her recommendations were perfect!

Overall good experience. Neighbors were noisy late at night and not happy with no free coffee

Location was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. Our room was satisfactory. Fitted sheet too small for the bed and needed constant attention all night which was annoying. Carpets & AC were dirty. More attention needed to keep up with dusting pictures & moldings. Outdoor space was lovely with fire table, pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees. This hotel served our needs well.

The shower/tub in room 321 didn’t drain properly and water pooled up in the tub while showering. The toilet flushed the first time I used it but the second time it would not flush. The bathroom tile in the shower had some mold. The beds were clean and the room was spacious.
