Most pathetic hotel in mount abu. Hotel means services and politeness. But staff behind reception is worst than gali ke gunde. Manager with his pathetic face has no sense how to talk with customer. He is behave like monster. Rooms are very small and the called it superior delux. 😂 i mean they have no sense how to run hotel and they thinking they are better than rest of all hotel un mount abu. Just check his any 15 reviews, whoever posted bad experience, he trying to nailed all. Are you running hotel or any jugari adda ? Such a worst experience with most worst people in mount abu. Its not only. Many have so much issue and just check how he behave in number of reviews..

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The nature of Ivy and the hotel people was very nice. The food at the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel was very beautiful.
