It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The nature of Ivy and the hotel people was very nice. The food at the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel was very beautiful.

The room overall was quite comfortable and met most of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and layout. However, one noticeable issue was the presence of water dampness, which affected the atmosphere slightly. The dampness made the room feel a bit musty and could potentially be a concern for anyone with allergies or sensitivities. Despite this, everything else about our stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and responsive, the location was convenient, and the services provided were up to the mark. With better ventilation or maintenance, the experience could have been close to perfect.
