Hotel Mamta Palace, 500 Meters from Nakki Lake Reviews

Big NO to this hotel.rooms are very small almost like a bathroom.The Google reviews and star ratings are totally fake. The hotel is same like normal ********** even not a standard dharmshala.smelling bathroom, room and bed..nothing was good..Booked for 2 adults and one 6 year old kids but even bed was not enough for 2 adults properly..They were saying to use mattress even there was no spaces..please refer some attached photos/video.

Good facility. Pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are good. Cleanliness is good. Area is nearby Nakki lake. Happy.

The rooms were nice and the food was great. The staff was also nice. Value for money. Can definitely consider when traveling with a group.

The tiles had stubborn dirty patches that seemed neglected, giving the space an unhygienic feel. Additionally, the flush and jet spray in the bathroom were leaking, causing minor water pooling and inconvenience during use. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom issues detracted from an otherwise decent experience. The hotel has great potential but could benefit from urgent maintenance and deeper cleaning in the bathrooms. For travelers prioritizing functionality, this might be a drawback. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly, as resolving them would elevate the stay from "good" to "excellent." Until then, proceed with caution if immaculate bathrooms are a priority..

hotel staff is very humble all services are excellent they are provided nice services room is also good and clean

The mattress was having fungus. walls are made up of plastic partition. Bathroom rugs are so dirty that after coming out instead of cleaning feet it was making feet dirty. owner is very rude in his behaviour. cleanliness is major concern. cocroaches flying in the kitchen. No wardrobe in the room. we have to keep our belongings scattered. The toilet seat was cracked, my wife's thigh got pinched into the crack.
