Ikos Oceania

This was paradise! What an incredible experience this was for my wife and me! This goes down as one of our best holidays ever! I have to say there wasn't anything we could say was wrong! The experience started with the staff, who were friendly and helpful from the start of our holiday. Thank you, Stella from Guest Relations. Your greetings and information were easily understood. Considering the time we arrived, which was late at night! The first thing we noticed was how clean and fresh the room was, also we were thankful for the little snack left for us as we arrived too late for dinner. After a very comfortable sleep, we made our way to breakfast, which was in the Provence. this was one of 5 restaurants we had access to. From the very start, we liked this restaurant and decided to have this as our everyday breakfast venue. The Provance was ideal for access to the infinity pool that was for adults only. This pool was served by Eva. Eva, you were fantastic! Such a great character and full of fun, we won't forget you, Eva. As explained, the hotel had 5 restaurants, and the first thing that was done was to complete a list of what restaurants were available. This ensured that we experienced all the restaurants! And what an experience that was, the food at the hotel was of a great standard as well as very delicious, which I can honestly testify. I would like to mention some of the staff in the Provance who went the extra mile! Eleni, Iliana, Menelaos, Thomas and Regina were all well managed by Georgia. Thank you all for making us feel so at home and comfortable every day for our two-week stay! The one thing that stood out for us both was how happy and smiley your staff were throughout! As for the other restaurants, they were outstanding in their service and attention to detail! All your food was of a high standard and very tasty! I am a great Spa fan, and the spa facilities were great! Your staff in the spa were great! I especially like to mention Eva on reception, who greeted me every day with a wonderful, warm smile! The Spa facilities were very well maintained and well laid out. While we were holidaying out there, it was my wife's birthday! The guest relations team looked after her perfectly! She was very happy with what was prepared for her! I could carry on writing, but all I have to say is that this hotel is one of the few hotels my wife and I return to! Everything was incredible and I would recommend it 100%!

Excellent attentive staff and great service. We were in building 5 de luxe with beautiful views of the ocean and not too far from main building. Lots of steps but numerous buggies to take you wherever you want. Have been to Dassia and Ikos in Spain but thought Oceania was as nice if not better. Will be sad to leave! Can thoroughly recommend!

The hotel was perfect for a multigenerational holiday with plenty for everyone to do. We definitely took advantage of the fitness program and also enjoyed the spa. The children especially enjoyed the kids’ club and the pedaloes with slides. The food was excellent and we were fortunate to get bookings at all 5 restaurants. Children were made very welcome at the restaurants which meant that meals were a comfortable and relaxed experience. The Tesla outing was fun, although we took the easy option and just visited Ikos Olivia! The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Also our rooms were located close to each other as requested and were very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the views from all parts of the hotel and despite being on a hill we did not find the walk to and from the beach a struggle. The journeys both ways were hassle free and the transfers arranged by Ikos were excellent.

A great resort for families. I went with my 9 year old son who loved it. There are plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. The facilities are wonderful. The staff are incredible. My son particularly loved the football coaching with Panos and the tennis coaching with Filippos. We will be returning for sure.

This was our third visit to Oceania, yes we love it here. We have been to other Ikos but keep comming back to Oceania as it as a special place in hearts. I keep reading on social media that the hotel is tried and is is desperate need of a refurb! I have to say i saw no signs of this, I still find the hotel beautifully clean and everything in working order. We stayed in Block 2, we were serviced every morning and evening, with no problems. Food, drinks and service everywhere was amazing, staff seem to know the menus well and really enjoy their jobs. I think there were some new people working on the beach as service could be sketchy at times, thats fine, everyone has to learn and you can order on the app. However, Bruno was amazing and a credit to the team. Hard working and expetionally polite! You also knew you would get good service when you seen George working your area. Its was always fun to stop off for a drink at the pool bar, the whole team there welcomed us everyday like we were family. Special mention to Maria on guest services who seemed to always be working when we walked by, she was great at checking us in and made sure an item i had left behind got returned to me. Needless to say, we will be back very soon.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our 10 th wedding anniversary , so glad we did . From the pickup at the airport right through to the last day, everything went so well and totally left feeling relaxed As a surprise a cake and bubbles were at our dinner table for us to celebrate The Tesla to hire and electric bikes were fun and included The food was amazing and tasty The room was clean, comfy and the best pillows with lots of hot water A big thank you to Stefania at the Ouzo restaurant , serving breakfast , her lovely voice and positive personality really was a happy start to the day Will book again for next year with the whole family
