Remember this is Africa
This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place

Great customer service, friendly staff and delicious variety of meals. The team was considerate and professional. I would recommend this place for conferences, lunch and staycation. The ambience is great. Great appreciation to Japhet and the team.

Average hotel and don't too much from it.Staffs were good,courteous,happy,welcoming and kind.Food selection was good and sweet.Internet was very poor for about 4 days.Blackouts also even at night were random.The rooms are clean and swimming pool on the premise.The hotel is near the town in a walking distance.Prices are withing fair average budget

A bit old dated room, very long waiting times in the restaurant. Our reservation for the conference room was cancelled last minute so we had to find another alternative. It’s near a nightclub so you will hear some noise to 4 am. Positive is the nice garden next to the swimming pool.

There is no elevator so we brought luggage ourselves, no wifi in the rooms, no remote for AC, no power outlet for charging phone next to bed, old bed sheets, didn’t tell us to leave the key so they can clean the room because they don’t have spare one…

At Kilimanjaro Crane Hotel, you cannot go wrong. Comfortable bedrooms, a thorough lunch and dinner menu, and an all-around kind hotel staff make for a wonderful hospitality experience. Highly highly recommend if one needs a hotel in Arusha for 1 night or 30.

Visited the area with my friends, we enjoyed some milkshakes served with a chicken pizza. It was during a summer season so the pool was the best place for us to chill. The services where great and the staff were very charming and full of hospitallity.
