We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received at the Springlands hotel which serves as a starting point for our Kilimanjaro trek. The place is clean, well maintained and the staff are the kindest people I have ever met. Thank you so much Martha! The food, pool and spa were all so alluring and we will definitely return to Springlands.

The hotel is a great place to stay in Moshi and we loved the location as it was convenient for our rounds in Moshi town. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with nice towels and good pressure of hot water in the showers. The people running the place are nice and caring from the housekeeping, the restaurant and the bar. I went for a massage at the spa, and it was very nice. Breakfast was great with lots of choice from the buffet.

Stayed with my family of four on the first and last night in Tanzania. The place is really nice and was great to start our trip as we could get all the arrangements in order with Zara Tours who were our hosts in Tanzania. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable with great hot showers. The boys enjoyed swimming in the pool on our last afternoon before our departure. Food was good and fresh, and there were lots of different dishes to choose from in the buffet. The Spa is also nice and I enjoyed the massage and facial treatment. The forex bureau was also a nice touch as we could get local currency with ease. We enjoyed our stay for the great service and conveniences.

I really enjoyed staying here. Martha was so helpful to me even at the middle of the night! I made smooth check in. I thank a lot to Rafiki Benjamin for tasty breakfasts and nice conversation with his huge energy!

Springlands Hotel was the best launching-off point for our safari! It was a great place to recover from days of travel to Tanzania, and then Omauri was the best possible guide to take us to Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. He was knowledgeable about the land, the history, the animals, and he was a stellar driver. He made our group feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Omauri, for the experience of a lifetime!

Springland Moshi is a charming and peaceful retreat, perfect before and after a safari. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food is fresh, flavorful, and offers a great variety. Rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The beautiful gardens are lush and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The iconic building style adds a unique and authentic touch to the whole experience. A truly welcoming and memorable place to stay- we didn't want to leave!

This hotel, part of Zara Tours, is a lovely, clean, safe, oasis just outside Moshi. We stayed there as the jumping off place for both Kilimanjaro and safari. Unfortunately, I got sick upon arrival and spent the time I would have done climbing, at the hotel resting. What a safe haven! Massages available, dining area with 3 meals (breakfast included, bar, rooms are clean, lovely and A/C. Best of all was the staff! Every single person, from the gardeners to the cooks to the maids, reception, dining staff were warm friendly, went out of their way to take care of me while I recovered, including having an English-speaking doctor on call. If you go to Moshi, stay here!

Hallo!!Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist sauber. Das Essen war super lecker. Nur hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir konnten von dort aus tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung unternehmen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Moshi.

After arriving in Moshi for a safari with Zara Adventures, we entered the gate of Springlands Hotel. We were greeted by smiling faces and beautiful tropical gardens. After checking in and being shown to our comfortable and clean room, we went to dinner at the spacious outdoor dining area. The food was delicious with lots of choices and variety. There is a large pool with plenty of seating areas. The staff members were particularly helpful and accommodating. After the Safari tour, I stayed on at the hotel to wait for my husband to return from climbing Kilimanjaro. I felt very comfortable and taken care of, especially by Ginoga “G” who was always looking out on my behalf. There is also coffee bar on the grounds that is open daily and serves coffees, teas, smoothies and light fare. I highly recommend Springlands Hotel and hope one day to return!
