Приветливые и расторопные сотрудники стойки регистрации. Интерьер отеля и номера оставляет приятное впечатление. Очень смутило окно между комнатой и ванной. Несмотря на покрытие, через него все видно! и если путешествуете не один, то про приватную обстановку можно забыть. Это касается и отсутствия замков в дверях ванной комнаты. Еще при уборке забыли выбросить мусор из второй урны, смыть волосы в ванной, а полочки в ванной были пыльными при заселении и остались такими же после уборки. В таком дорогом отеле не должны быть дешевыми гладильные доски и утюг - к сожалению, утюг еле-еле нагревался, а доска оказалась с проваливающейся поверхностью и синтетическим покрытием, от которого вещи накопили статику.
