The hotel entrance was finally fixed. However, they never agreed to make some adjustments or discounts for early check-in/late check-out due to travel reasons. Even if the hotel was not full and we were frequent guests.
But overall, the experience was improved this time, and it can be felt that the management team listened to (some) feedback, especially in terms of check-in speed and account management.
Alas, writing the last review, I have to go again. Baltschug abused me a thousand times, but I treated Baltschug like my first love.
