The front desk has a mechanism to rip off guests. When hearing that the guest is speaking Chinese, the lady will replace the original person at the front desk and come out to rip you off. She will strongly ask you to pay more to upgrade the room. If you don't cooperate, she will make you wait for the room. We waited for a long time, and finally the room was opened at our strong request. When the room was opened, we met a Chinese guest who was also ripped off and was checking out. He complained to us about the same check-in experience. I will only come to this hotel once for this kind of service, and I will never come again

Очень хороший отель Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, выполненный в современном стиле. При очень демократических ценах номера приятно удивляют и поражают своим стилем видом. В них есть практически все. Персонал невероятно вежлив, доброжелателен и предупредителен. Впечатления от пребывания самые наилучшие! Буду рекомендовать этот шикарный и уютный отель своим друзьям. Спасибо!

Впервые остановились в этой гостинице, поскольку в других для нас привычных вариантов не оказалось. И я не пожалела ни на минутку. Большой номер с огромной кроватью, ванная комната с душем очень просторная. Очень хорошие подушки, обычно в гостиницах проблема с этим и я толком не высыпаюсь, а тут прям как дома) ещё очень понравились огромные полотенца для душа, что тоже не часто встретишь. Номера хорошо и регулярно убирают. Единственный минус розетки у кровати только с одной стороны. В остальном всё классно! Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.
