The front desk has a mechanism to rip off guests. When hearing that the guest is speaking Chinese, the lady will replace the original person at the front desk and come out to rip you off. She will strongly ask you to pay more to upgrade the room. If you don't cooperate, she will make you wait for the room. We waited for a long time, and finally the room was opened at our strong request. When the room was opened, we met a Chinese guest who was also ripped off and was checking out. He complained to us about the same check-in experience. I will only come to this hotel once for this kind of service, and I will never come again

The hotels on Red Square service is excellent. Staff extremely friendly food was very nice. I had beef stroganoff served mashed potato. I was very impressed. The rooms are very spacious with great views. I don't know how much it cost as it was on expenses but I would highly recommend it like most of the four seasons Hotel.
