Novotel Hotels in Moscow

This is probably one of the few hotels in Russia where I had a bad experience. Service: Check-in should be the fastest one among all the hotels I stayed in Moscow, which is a good point. The hotel room was well-maintained. Environment: The location in the central area of ​​Moscow CBD is quite good, and the hotel environment also meets the 4-star standard. Sanitation: The sanitation in the room is also very good. I have hardly stayed in a hotel with more than 4 stars in Moscow that was uncomfortable. Facilities: I want to emphasize this point. The points were mainly deducted here. After checking in on the first day, there was no heating in the room, which was the only one among all the hotels in Moscow I had stayed in, and the air conditioner only cooled, which caused me to wake up directly on the second day. On the second day, I contacted the hotel customer service and needed to change the room, but the room service only sent a worker to repair it and it didn't fix it. In the end, they gave me an electric heater to plug in. I am a small potato from the south, and I was asked to go to a freezing place like Russia without heating. Do you want 0 points? The hotel room is very warm in winter and the layout is quite satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Red Square. If the weather isn't too cold, a slow walk is the way to go. I especially like the hotel's buffet breakfast, it is the most luxurious breakfast I have had in Russia.
