莫斯科當地時間23：01，火車準時到達列寧格勒火車站，出站打車十分鐘到達預訂好的公寓，結果～問題來了，對方告知：無法辦理入住[尷尬][尷尬]理由是：聖彼得堡酒店應該給我一張酒店確認單，證明我在那邊入住過，但是對方前台並沒有給我任何憑證[大哭][大哭]我這時體會到了什麼是“饑寒交迫” [捂臉][捂臉]。
不得不説攜程客服還是很給力的，沒有絲毫讓我感覺到無助，相反攜程接到我尋求幫助的工作人員特別負責人，以至於在等候結果的時候，在酒店大堂沙發上竟然睡著了。
這是一棟企業性質的酒店式公寓，整體還不錯，每天都有人認真的打掃衞生，整個房間一塵不染，廚房、冰箱沒有異味，有一種回家的感覺，不得不説，國外的公寓，比酒店管理的好。
酒店400米左右有一大一小兩個超市，每天可以自己做飯。
在床上可以看到日出，酒店還提供早餐，下次還會入住。

Очень удобное расположение. И метро рядом, и ж/д вокзалы.
В номере есть всё необходимое. Предоставили второе одеяло, поскольку были с сыном, а кровать двуспальная. Номер менять уже сами не не стали.

The apartment hotel has two rooms. It is very suitable for a family of three. It is a bit old and the facilities are average. The air conditioning is not turned on in time. There is no heating at night when I checked in. I woke up directly in the middle of the night.
