Novy Arbat Residence Hotel

Все понравилось. В номере не было тапочек, но по запросу сразу принёс администратор. Аккуратные номера. Администраторам спасибо, реагировали на все запросы как на свои. Очень хорошая локация, думаю вернусь.

Очень классное расположение у отеля, практически на Смоленской набережной, также рядом Старый и Новый Арбат. В номере не было халатов, но принесли по первому запросу и угостили вкусным кофе. Ребята на ресепшн - молодцы!

I travel very often and have the opportunity to compare hotels, almost everything was bad in this one. The only plus was the location. To start with the check-in, the beds were not ready, not made and after a 6-hour flight we could not even lie down. The room constantly smelled of sewage from the bathroom, the door to which did not close, because the lock was broken. There was no soap in the bathroom! They said that it was not provided. Very strange, they do not wash their hands there??? There was no holder for the shower head, only 1 hook for a towel, no shelf. In the room, when the bed was finally made, the sheet was shorter than the mattress. In the double room there was only 1 hanger and 1 cup for tea. In general, I would recommend this hotel to those who want to ruin their trip. 5 thousand per day, which I paid, is clearly too high a price for such a terrible room.
