The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights at first, and stayed again for 2 nights after returning from St. Petersburg.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, has a swimming pool, hot springs, and gym, and the service is average. The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is rich.
There were unsafe factors. I was harassed by people knocking on the door and making phone calls. I was slightly frightened. I later applied to change rooms and slept peacefully for a night.

Прилетели из Европы и были очень приятно удивлены,тепло и по домашнему встретили ,не смотря на то,что было очень ранее утро. Номер был чистый без запаха,приятная,комфортная температура, не смотря на то ,что за окном пролетал снег.Сразу при входе в хотелл встречала нас всегда добродушная ,гостеприимная улыбка Сергея ,а уже на самом этаже где находился наш номер на рецепшине встречал всегда с улыбкой Артём, он подсказывал нам маршруты где можно было бы прогулятся или как лучше добраться до того или иного места. Завтрак до сих пор не могу забыть,"пальчики оближешь " Очень приятно было получить небольшой сюрприз от хоттеля-ресторана на день рождения.Будем обязательно рекомендовать друзьям и близким. Нам очень понравилось.

We had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kitay-gorod Metro station and Red Square—making it easy to explore the heart of Moscow. The staff spoke English, were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance arranging a taxi after our arrival at Sapsan Leningradsky Station. The rooms were quiet, clean and tidy. Everything was as advertised. We did find the mattress to be a bit saggy, and the quality of the bed linens and pillows could use improvement. However, the hotel management informed us that they are aware of these issues and are planning to update their standards soon. We didn't try any meals. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
