The room is clean, the towels are white, all the necessary supplies are in place. 3. Trip.com had different photos of the room. The photos when booking indicated a corner room with 3 windows. In fact, it turned out to have one. We arrived late, so there was no opportunity or desire to argue. 4. There is no air conditioning in the room, the website says there is. It's hot in clothes. 5. There was no hot water on the day of arrival. There was cold water, and a little warmer. 6. There is no soundproofing, everything that happens around - on the street, in neighboring rooms can be heard in the room. In general, there are no issues with the noise around, after all, it is the center of Moscow, not a sleeping area. But soundproofing should have been done. What can I say, probably for 10k rubles in Moscow it will be like this everywhere, but I'm a bit shocked. I wanted to write, like, "It's good that they didn't rob me", but I won't, because see the very top point.

I came to Moscow with my husband to celebrate my birthday, we came at night, thanks to the hotel and the staff for the wonderful mood, many channels on the TV and a great night's sleep on a very comfortable bed with snow-white linen, I don't often get such a great rest!
