Замечательный отель, очень удобно расположен, чисто, классный рестик внизу, единственный минус - холодновато, особенно в ванной комнате.

Останавливались в отеле семьёй,проживали в номерах с домашним кинотеатром.Уютно.В номере мини бар,капсульная кофемашина.Очень круто.Завтраки сытные,вкусные.Очень драники понравились.

Наше проживание прошло очень хорошо, местоположение топ. Чистый отель и номер; доброжелательный персонал, вкусные завтраки вновь меня приведут в этот отель 👌🏻

The door faces the bed, which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. I originally wanted to change rooms, but on the morning of the 9th, the front desk said that the process could only be done after 12 o'clock because the two parties had communicated and agreed to do it at 9 p.m. As a result, the person at the front desk was replaced and said that there was no room and they would not be changed. The person on the 10th could be changed, but the person on the 10th could not be changed. The experience is super bad. No credit. The service staff on the last day was relatively okay. Then the food is not buffet style, and you have to wait for a long time to get the real food. The price is the same as the Funot where I stayed a few days ago, but it's really poor in every aspect. To put it bluntly, it's just a B&B. I don't know why it has 4 stars. Very very not recommended hotel

The service is too bad. The price is for 4 people in the same room. When I forgot to select 4 people when booking again, I will not be able to accommodate 4 people and ask for extra money. The room was promised two beds and a sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed. I found out later.

Facilities: OK Health: OK Environment: OK Service: OK. It is very close to the subway station, only 3 stops away from the Red Square. It is convenient to go back and forth every day. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which is convenient. There's just no place to hang clothes. There are so many people in the family room who always have to wash clothes, and they don’t know where to hang them after washing.
