Stayed for two nights. Good location, metro nearby, cafes and restaurants for every taste. But it's not 5 stars. Maybe, of course, in the rooms of a higher class everything is better, but I doubt it. The rooms clearly need updating. Disappointed by the cleanliness. In the sink I saw a lens, in the trash can from the previous guest there was something like an insulin pen.

原來的萬豪酒店，酒店在特維爾大街上。裝修風格比較老了，但是早餐很豐盛，有很多好吃的食物，每天都把自己肚子塞得飽飽的。

設施老舊，早餐可以但是每天一樣沒有變。説起前台很糟糕。12月9號早上要求提供住宿登記表，叫我下午來，下午去了叫我明天來。12月10號早上來問又叫我等30分鐘，結果下午去也還沒有，等到晚上才拿到。這個效率低算了，小事情。現在説説12月12號晚上的前台男士:1.在yandex點了超市送一些東西送去酒店我也備註了房間號。外賣員到了打電話給我説前台不收，我接過電話跟前台俄語對話前台告訴我:你的食物不收。我回復讓他放在前台我回去自己拿，他也説不能放在前台因為是食物，我叫他打開袋子看看去裏面不是食物，後面啥也沒説就掛了電話。注意對話中前台對我用詞你Tы，而不是您Bы。俄羅斯正常對陌生人使用您，更何況是五星級酒店前台。2.晚上看房間裏沒有送回洗好的衣服，打電話詢問洗好的衣服什麼時候可以送來，前台回覆你沒有付錢我們怎麼可能會送去給你。還好會俄語，不會俄語的不會英語的人怎麼辦?前台用詞也是你Tb!3.同晚，打電話到前台又是這位男士，我問13號退房後需要去雅羅斯拉夫市的農村，那邊賓館沒有遇到過外國人給不了登記表（注意按俄聯邦法律外國人入住酒店時需要提供前端在俄期間的住宿登記表）如果16號再回來住Safmar必須要要提供雅羅斯拉夫的登記表嗎，前台根本就不願意聽直接回復:你在雅羅斯拉夫入住公司不給你我不知道送不是在雅羅斯拉夫工作。而且用詞又是你Tы!總結垃圾，還五星級呢，之前還是JW MARIOTT酒店。超級無語
