Единственное преимущество этого отеля - то, что он расположен через дорогу от аэропорта. Стоимость неоправданно завышена, в ванной чёрные волосы, туалетные принадлежности дали на одного человека, останавливались дважды и дважды сотрудник крайне долго не мог найти нашу бронь. Не рекомендую.

Расположение отличное. Отель всё по минимуму, но достаточно. Единственный минус проблема с шумной вентиляцией. Гремят моторы вентиляции. Останавливаемся ни один раз - в разных номерах похожая проблема.

В санузле на полу длинные чёрные волосы, это мерзко, номер на двоих человек, туалетные принадлежности дали только на одного, за такую стоимость номера считаю это вопиющими недостатками, особенно, волосы. К сожалению, про то, что нужно подтвердить это фото, узнала только что.

Отель конечно хороший! Но!!!!!!!!!! Ошибочно в ночи забронировала дату следующего дня, по приезду выяснили и на месте забронировала уже нужную дату и номер был уже Люкс только в наличии. Не стали мне делать обмен с доплатой , а пришлось заплатить заново . А за предыдущую бронь сказали вернут деньги без проблем. Но, с 6 апреля 2025 года так ничего и не происходит, на звонки отвечают обещаниями и завтраками .

It was 1 a.m., they had to get up for the next flight at 6 a.m. No arguments or persuasion from manager Elizaveta worked, she just said the same words like a robot, not trying to help. I sent a request to change the name in the booking, but it hung in the "pending" status for a very long time. I called all available numbers, but none of the services were available, because they work from 9 to 18. That is, my relatives found themselves in a hopeless situation, considering that my mother and I even have the same last name and this is not an airline ticket, but a hotel reservation. In the end, we paid for a new room, checked in, there was nowhere to go at night, and now the hotel refuses to return the money for the reservation for which people were not checked in. Moreover, when booking, I added another comment that a mother and daughter with first and last names were checking in.
