第一房間沒有送的瓶裝水，第二房間沒有拖鞋，第三房間竟然沒有牙刷，這是我第一次見到這樣的酒店，酒店位置在市中心，但是因為挨着火車站，附近導航定位不太好用，找了半天才找到

Единственный плюс-локация и третье место хоть и жесткая, но кровать, а не кресло-раскладушка. Номер классический люкс. 6этаж без лифта стал сюрпризом..никто не предупредил за 3дня лифт так и не заработал. Грязные стены, батареи в номерах, также на полу волосы чьи-то. Белье, ванна, полотенца чистые. Тапочек нет, никаких принадлежностей нет, кроме геля и шампуня. Зачем люкс назвали не поняла. Утюг на этаже. Админ озлобленная тетка. Не знаю как зовут, брюнетка с короткой стрижкой. Оплата только наличными! Тоже без предупрежденият в номерах холодно, но стоял камин. Никому не советую! Никогда не вернемся!

Отель находится на 5 и 6 этажах старого вонючего здания. В подъезде отвратительный запах, ужасные грязные лифты, встречаются наркоманы. Номера в реальности старые, на фото отель гораздо приличнее. Были в четырехместном номере. Номер очень холодный, спали в спортивных костюмах, обогреватель не спасал.Дали чистое белье, но с рваной простыней. Оплату принимают только наличными. Останавливались на одну ночь в ноябре 2023. Не рекомендую, очень неприятное место

Одна звезда-это слишком много для так называемого отеля. Это настоящий бомжатник..Всё обшарпаное, непереносимая вонь... за то,что берут такие деньги, можно подавать в суд. Не знаю,как санэпидемстанция Москвы могла дать разрешение на работу этого заведения. Что ни фото,то ложь. Моя рекомендация- бегите подальше от этого клоповника. За эти деньги можно снять приличный номер в насоящем отеле 3 звезды.

НЕ рекомендую данный отель! Сотрудники передают данные в призывные пункты. 19 мая 2023 года моего коллегу IT-специалиста, находящегося в служебной командировке, забрали прямо из номера в призывной пункт, не обратив внимание на документы, предоставляющие отсрочку. Также сотрудники военкомата прошлись по другим номерам отеля: забирают всех в пятницу, чтобы оформить за выходные. Будьте внимательны!

Сняли семейный номер, чтобы переночевать в Москве и ехать дальше. При входе в номер нас ждал таракан. Развернулись, забрали деньги и уехали в другую гостиницу. Владельцу отеля стоит задуматься о дезинсекции, иначе в скором времени посетители будут разбегаться как ваши тараканы.
