so bad ！ i have stayed 5 nights ， never clean tbe room！ first day i go to ask , they told , clean only do in 3 days . ok, then . after 3 days , not clean. i asked again, said , tomorrow. when tomorrow come. still not clean .
the location of hotel is ridiculous , very windy and noisy !

前台不會英語，也拒絕換錢（5000盧布換小的，也不肯，不是美金歐元人民幣換盧布），俄羅斯又衹能用現金，對於偶爾出差來説，不太方便，房間很大，設施齊全

我是住了聖彼得堡的這家連鎖酒店，覺得不錯，所以莫斯科也選擇這個牌子，結果跟聖彼得堡的差太遠太遠，床邊床頭都是脱皮的，都不敢靠上去。比聖彼得堡破舊太多！
