были здесь уже второй раз, отличное место. отдельно хочу отметить толщину стен старой постройки это шикарная шумоизоляция. зелёная территория, очень приятно пройтись. классный вид из окошка, высокие потолки. да такое советское ещё настроение, но нас это не смущает, даже наоборот прикольно

Отличное тихое место, гостинница находится в лесном массиве, транспортная достапность нормальная, рядом остановки автобуса, на них можно доехать до метро. Небольшая и уютная. Все было чисто, завтрак выдают в прозрачных ланч-боксах, в номере есть чайник и холодильник.

Забронировал два номера заранее, оплатил, несколько раз позвонил уточнил. Все хорошо, ждем Вас... По приезду оказалось, что в одном из номеров нет холодной воды....Холодной...Не горячей...Умыться не возможно, помыться не возможно. При обращении к администратору, сказали, а что Вы хотите? Постройка 1935 года...В смысле, что я хочу? Мне все равно какого она года. Я заплатил за УДОБСТВА!!! А они прекрасно зная, что нет холодной воды, продолжают этот номер продавать! Попросил скидку за номер. Скидку в 500 р согласовали (не заплатили за одни сутки за доп.место). Так они "зажали" один континентальный завтрак! Сказав, что и так доп.место бесплатно. Это просто стыд и позор! А они еще позиционируют себя, как гостиница относится к управлению по демам Президента!!! Вот здорово было бы, если бы Президент узнал о таком отношении к посетителям... Да еще и 3 звезды!

Чисто, тихо, уютно. Белоснежное белье и полотенца. Приятный персонал. До остановки общественного транспорта 10 минут. Отсутствие кондиционера нивелировалось несолнечной стороной и толщиной стен. Беседки и банный комплекс. Однозначно рекомендую. Бонус - пение птиц в парке отеля. Из минусов: слабая система вентиляции в ванной комнате.

Это очень спокойный , тихий отель в лесном массиве с закрытой территорией , но внутри городского квартала Москвы в СВАО. Этакий оазис прямо в столице. Особенно хорошо здесь летом и осенью : зелень , цветы, белки, птицы, мангальные площадки , сауна и тд. Приятный персонал - всегда вежливы и готовы помочь. Чисто . Номера хоть и в старом стиле ( это старинное здание ) , но довольно удобные . Большие окна с красивым видом, паркет , чай/ кофе, кулера с водой , мини-холодильник, ТВ. Недалеко остановка общественного транспорта. Да, то , что метро не рядом , это минус . Но, пожалуй, единственный. Цена/ качество. Рекомендую!

В отеле отмечала день рождения. Бронировала беседку и баню. Потом остались ночевать. Очень понравилось, очень уютно. Прекрасно отдохнули. Территория красивая. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Благодарю администрацию и сотрудников!

Начну, пожалуй с того, что мне очень понравилось расположение гостиницы, для моих целей, это очень сэкономило время. Находится в живописном месте, вокруг зелень, ночью никакого шума, даже с открытыми окнами и балконом. Все было замечательно, СПАСИБО!!!!

Приветливый персонал, уютное тихое место, охраняемая парковка, можно посетить баньку. В номере чисто. Оформление проходит быстро, без навязчивых анкет и прочей писанины. Приезд на час раньше положенного расчетного времени проблем не вызвал - все оформили и запустили без лишних пререканий.
