The room was huge and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent and the access to the slopes was straightforward. The navette stops right outside the hotel. The communal areas are starting to look a little tired. Would stay again.

Hotel Club Le Cret was the temporary home for our ski club trip. Thirty one Canadians stayed at the hotel for a week of great skiing in the Portes du Soleil ski region. The facilities (pools, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, bar, indoor and outdoor lounge seating, rooms and staff were all top notch, and the meals were even better than that. Every day saw a fresh variety of food and drinks, with dinner entrees delighting our entire group. Alexandre provided an introduction on our first day and followed up with every request and query quickly and professionally. Our driver Didier made getting to the two Morzine gondolas and downtown effortless and entertaining. The bar and food servers were always friendly and provided professional service.

Great family run hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great balcony. The views of the mountains are great. The food was absolutely amazing. We hadn’t booked half board but they were very happy to add us. The hotel has a great entertainment programme every night. Overall a great place to stay with great staff.

Un bel établissement réputé à Morzine. Salle de restaurant entièrement rénovée et agrandie avec des matériaux de qualités (pierre et bois) qui donne un côté très chaleureux à l’ensemble. La restauration est toujours qualitative et variée. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.

I was searching for a room with 2 friends and the triple room we selected at Hotel Club Le Cret more than met expectations. 3 adult males in one small room isn't very desirable when we are all over forty, but from the pictures it seemed this room had separate sleeping areas, and indeed it did. A double in the main room and 2 singles in a separate area with a door that could close in between. Lots of space. Balcony to each area. We were very happy.
This would be ideal for friends or families alike, and the separate door means it could be closed off to kids which is a rare find in a hotel. The space meant i could bring boots and snowboard up everyday and not need to use the ski lockers, which many reviews have cited as bad. It was also possible to control the heat so it didn't get too hot or cold in the night, another issue at many hotels. The only complaint with the room was the shower head didn't stay mounted, which made it difficult to shower and the shower curtain had seen better days. Water temperature was good though.
The hotel in general was ok. We didn't eat evening meals there but the breakfast was good. We used the indoor pool once, sadly not very warm. Jacuzzi and steam room were ok. The hotel let us store our luggage for the day while we skied, then return to shower in the pool area, which was good.
In general very happy with the hotel and would stay again in similar circumstances.

Hotel Le Cret brilliant stay
The hotel and food were great. Staff were some of the nicest I've ever met even patient at my lack of French.
