Séjour d’une semaine en février en demie pension - 3 adultes. C’était notre première fois dans cet hôtel et il était au delà de nos espérances. Le gros point fort de l’hôtel est la restauration avec une salle neuve très insonorisée, des buffets de grande qualité ( relativement rare pour être soulignée), diversifiée avec certains soirs des repas à thème proposés ( italien - américain - raclette), un personnel au service toujours avec le sourire et avec le sens du service bravo à eux. Pour les équipements de l’hôtel, nous avons testé la salle de sport, piscine et jacuzzi rien à redire. Pour la chambre , la nôtre aurait peut être eu besoin d’être rénovée mais pour l’occuper que pour dormir et se laver c’est suffisant Des randonnées en raquette sont proposées par l’hôtel, une navette gratuite pour se rendre en centre ville de quoi laisser sa voiture garée pendant le séjour. Équipe d’animateurs présente avec des animations de bon goût sans tomber dans la caricature des clubs, mention spéciale à Hugo ;). Esprit familial qui se dégage de l’hôtel , bravo à toute l’équipe !

This hotel is Large so in the beginning you feel a little bit lost in the hotel but we you get used to it , then you feel at home. Specially diner buffet is perfect , every day another theme , main courses and the desserts are amazing ! The location is too far too walk to the ski lifts but you can take the hotel shuttle and the ski bus as well. The swimming pool and wellness are dated. Rooms in renovated area are better but shower in bathtub is not convenient. The lounge area is nice and for children Lots of entertainment . Overall the price Quality is good here . And the service is good but communication about transport can be better.

This is a really great friendly hotel to stay in. There was an excellent choice of food options and the quality was impressive. I found the staff to be very helpful, the rooms were warm and clean and the shuttle bus to the ski lift was efficient. I'd definitely stay again!

We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed half board, the breakfast and evening meal were great every day. The restaurant was very spacious. The restaurant staff were fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

Très belle rénovation de l'espace restauration. Toutefois, la gestion des ilots est encore perfectible. D'ailleurs il y a eu une progression sur les 15 jours de notre séjour. Il est dommage que des fruits frais ne soient pas proposés régulièrement lors des différents services (petit-dej, déjeuner, dîner). Il est surprenant qu'à l'ouverture des portes du service du midi, tous les buffets soient en cours d'installatioin.

Un séjour d'une semaine en pension complète au delà de nos attentes. L'établissement est très bien équipé, le personnel est adorable, les repas étaient excellents. Inoubliable, à refaire et à recommander ! On sent l'âme du lieu, l'humain est important, le cœur est présent. C'est une affaire de famille et ça se ressent. Merci ! On reviendra.

Une première fois pour nous à Morzine et nous sommes enchantés ! L'hôtel est très charmant et l'équipe très agréable ! Nous avons fait deux sorties raquettes avec Véronique qui est une guide extraordinaire et passionnée ! Un régal !
