The place is close to the beach. The ambience is good. Rooms are little small for 3 people. Intercom facilities are not available.

place is good and staff are friendly but the problem was the chief met with an accident and the kitchen was closed the crab 🦀 fry is awesome and it's a must try for all sea food lover room had lots of ants faced a few problem. house keeping staff respond as soon as the issue was raised

Very near to morjim beach, nice atmosphere. But room and especially the washroom room are very congested. There is no space in the washroom

Whole night there was no power in our room it was so dark and so hot. Then he shifted late night to other room, there again in 5 minutes power went off. Stinking gutter water smell in the bathroom tap. Food was good and rest everything is here. They save electricity by doing power cut hotel. No art at all here its just name sake art hotel. Worst experience in morjim.
