Booked for 4 nights. Property is so poorly managed that we ended up requesting for 2 nights cancellation with refund to which the resort and mmt agreed to. The rooms had molds, fans had dust clots, basin was leaking, toilet pot was leaking. We booked 2 rooms, and both the rooms had these issues. Since these aren’t fixable in a day, we opted for 2 nights cancellation and waited for our 2 nights to fly by. In short, poorly managed property that doesn’t justify the pricing.
