Tried to put me in a room I didn't pay for as I paid extra for the better room. He moved me to the deluxe room and tried to charge extra. I refused as I already paid for the deluxe room had to call his manager who also tried to charge me extra even tho I showed him my receipt. He eventually gave up and said I could stay with no extra cost like he was doing me a favour.. just a con then room had lizards running around wasn't worth the price. I will never return
