Although I felt exhausted after dragging my luggage here, the room and environment are very good. There is Matsumoto Kiyoshi and his family across the street, there is a shopping street in 3 minutes' walk, and there are many restaurants on the way from the station so you won't be hungry.
The service at the front desk was good and friendly. The room (double room) itself was very large and the 28-inch suitcase could be opened by the bedside. Even though I was staying alone, I was given 2 sets of supplies. The only drawback is that the toilet is very high and it is very troublesome to climb up and down.
There are coin-operated washing machines on the 8th floor, but there are only 2. Because the time is very long, sometimes they may be full. However, the hotel has a map so you can go to the self-service laundry outside. There are vending machines on certain floors but they are quite far away from each other. I think it would be more convenient to place them near the elevator.
I will consider this place next time if I don’t have big luggage.

It is very close to Unbashi and not too far to go shopping near Morioka Station. It is pleasant to have breakfast on the top floor while looking at the scenery of Mount Iwate. Recommend everyone to come and check it out.

I stayed here with a female friend.
We had a deluxe twin room.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was also delicious.
The venue was on the top floor, so the view was great and it felt open.

I stopped off in Morioka during my trip to Tohoku.
The deluxe twin room was spacious enough.
It was also comfortable for pets to sleep in.
I was worried because other reviews said the room was not properly cleaned, but it was properly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay.
There were also plenty of amenities.
There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I went for jajangmen for dinner.
I parked in the shopping center next door and left by 8am, so it was 800 yen instead of the usual 900 yen.
