If you are not taking a car or taxi, the only way to get there from Morioka Station seems to be by bus. Please check in advance and go.
All the staff are very kind and friendly.
In particular, you should definitely try the breakfast and dinner. Not only is the portion sufficient, but they are also luxurious and delicious.
