When I checked in, I asked for a certificate of accommodation, but when I checked out it wasn't ready and I had to wait. The front desk's service was also bad, it was the worst.

There are two Yamato hotels in Morioka. This Yamato is close to the city center, about 17 minutes walk from JR Morioka Station, but there is a street next to the hotel. Be careful if someone solicits customers at night.

It's a bit far from the train station, more than 20 minutes walk. But it's close to major attractions such as Morioka Castle Park and Iwate Bank. There are several unique restaurants around. The alley opposite is the customs street, which is safe. The English of the hotel front desk is a little poor, and it's a bit difficult to communicate, but they are very patient and will help you solve all problems in the end.
