It's a bit far from the train station, more than 20 minutes walk. But it's close to major attractions such as Morioka Castle Park and Iwate Bank. There are several unique restaurants around. The alley opposite is the customs street, which is safe. The English of the hotel front desk is a little poor, and it's a bit difficult to communicate, but they are very patient and will help you solve all problems in the end.

The room is clean and tidy, next to the busiest shopping street and many restaurants. It's about 15 minutes away from the station, and you can also pass Kaiun Bridge along the way and overlook Mount Iwate in the distance.

This room is just in front of the station... I didn't notice it when I was navigating. I parked the car and realized that I had made an own mistake....

It is convenient to watch the Sansa Dance. Turn right out of the hotel and walk to the intersection to the parade area. It is a bit far from the JR station, but a taxi is only 1k yen.
