Best Mori Hotels

Since I visited when I was a child, I visited with my own child for a long time. I was looking forward to going, but first I was worried about the lack of knowledge of the woman at the front desk. The guests were guided differently whether they didn't know it because the hot springs were free and the pools were discounted. The rooms were old but cleaned well and did not feel disgusting. Because rice is a Viking, I laughed about this. I think it is very good for children with facilities for children or a 200 yen ticket service for sweets. Generally, the customer service of the young female staff 々 is negative. The response of the male staff and the elderly staff 々 is good. and i might think a little bit about it again.

I was unsure what to expect as the hotel is slightly remote and we did not have a car. Read that there is a shuttle bus but I request twice on the schedule via trip app but received no response 🤨 Had to request a Japanese hotel that we stayed before prince to help us check out the timing of the bus schedule and we also went to travel information counter and finally got the timing. Phew. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Special shout out to Peter from Canada who is born and raised in Hokkaido. He is such a nice and warm person who offered us lots of advice around Onuma. Prince hotel is very lucky to have a staff like him!! 👍

Let’s stay in a hotel in the forest of Hokkaido. Facilities: The resort hotel has complete facilities. It is recommended to book a hotel with two meals. You can soak in the hot springs, have a fire and drink tea in the bar. In December and January, there are also a wealth of ice activities that can be booked, which is very suitable for vacation. Environment: Located near Onuma Park, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a wooden boardwalk leading to the lake, into a no-man's land in the ice and snow. Transportation: The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Hakodate Airport and Hakodate JR Station. You can also get off at JR Onuma Koen Station, which is a 5-minute walk away. Service: The service staff are very enthusiastic and can use translation software to assist communication.

There are hot springs ♨️,  breakfast,  dinner, dinner is very rich, it is Genghis Khan barbecue, the place is very quiet, the waiter is very good, I like the hotel very much, there is a chance  will come again next time.
