Despite being arranged on arrival, at 3 am, a late check-out was given by the person at the reception at 11 am, informing of the check-in at 11 am. I argued that I had requested the late check-out, but very rudely, he said that nothing was registered!!!!

We encountered a flight delay and had to stay overnight. There was a Chinese-speaking lady named ”Emily” at the front desk. She was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The driver couldn't find the hotel, so she ran outside wearing very little to help find the driver. I give her a 5-point praise. But the hotel is newly renovated and the smell is too strong...

I booked this room for my sister for a last minute work trip and she provided this information. The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the heater was unplugged so the room was cold, the curtain was broken so could not be closed completely so other guests may have been able to see in. Finally she had to crawl on the floor to find a working outlet to plug in her CPAP machine

The breakfast was very simple. We stayed for three or four nights and had a lot of red rash on the body. The room has a taste. There is a parking lot, and there is a parking place outside the first floor, so it is recommended to pull the curtain even if the window is opened.

The front desk staff is good. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is relatively small, and the drink needs to be presented to the staff, which is a bit inconvenient.

Near the airport, but noisy, opposite shopping mall, the bed is very comfortable, with the baby is really the size of the room, health, especially the bed and bedding requirements, this hotel is worth it! ! Good value for money! !

Very cool! The room is huge. Very comfortable. Very clean too. I also stayed at the Hilton Hotel when I went to Ottawa later. Placing an order with Ctrip is very convenient. recommend

SSuki0226Overall, the hotel is very good. It's new and well-equipped. I was a little disappointed that the bagels at breakfast weren't Montreal bagels. They weren't tasty. The muffins were okay, but the hot dishes were all good. It was quite crowded during the long weekend, and breakfast didn't seem crowded.
