Robert, propriétaire de l’établissement a été un hôte très accueillant avec de précieux conseil. Bien situé avec un accès au métro à 20 min à pieds et beaucoup de lieux pour se restaurer à proximité. Endroit propre et sympathique. Merci encore une fois à Robert pour sa gentillesse.

The manager greeted us with a smile and all sorts of great advice for visiting the city. The B&B is walking distance from metro station, so the accessibility is amazing. And a big thank you for the muffins in the morning, they were excellent.

Même si le propriétaire est sympathique à votre arrivée, et malgré la saleté présente, il faut enlever vos chaussures. Ma chambre, située près de la TV du salon était extrêmement sale, je pense que le ménage n'avait tout simplement pas été fait, il y avait même un petit cadeau de l'ancien locataire dans les toilettes. J'ai osé demander de baisser le son de la TV à 22h30, alors que personne ne regardait, le propriétaire n'avait bizarrement plus le même comportement, je me suis faite tout simplement engueulé car " c'est vendredi c'est normale qu'il y ait du bruit, et pour le prix vous vous attendiez à quoi ?" Odeur horrible de cigarettes dans les parties communes et jusqu'à la chambre. Petit déjeuner compris : oui mais il faut se le faire soi-même et surtout faire sa vaisselle après. Bref très mauvaise expérience.

This place is filthy and very unlike the description. I wish I had taken photos. Reeks of cigarette smoke throughout, extremely poor housekeeping, corners are full of grime, surfaces look like they have been wiped with a dirty dishrag. Kitchen and breakfast did not look sanitary. Bathroom and towels smelled. Owner will lie about guests that leave poor reviews instead of addressing the issues, which by the way, are the same in most of those reviews. Glowing reviews seem to be duplicates and are definitely dishonest.

This is a gem!!! It's in a residential area but within walking distance to a grocery store and other shops. It's also near a beautiful park. This is a definite bed and breakfast. There are a small number of rooms, 8 or 9 maybe. Ours was near the entrance and it had a couch, table and a queen bed along with its own bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave also in the room. For breakfast, you are on your own to fix what you would like. Everything you need is set out on the counter and kitchen table. Juice is in the fridge and there are eggs, pancake mix, fruit, bread, cereal, etc. I would definitely go back and also would recommend this to friends and family.
