Avoid this place at all costs.
We arrived to find a filthy shower room, complete with dust, dirt, and hair everywhere. We immediately demanded a deep cleaning, as the room was clearly neglected and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the window doesn’t even close properly — every passing car on the motorway roars through the room as if we were sleeping on the roadside.
The hotel promised to clean and fix the problems, but absolutely nothing was done. It was pure lip service. We escalated to the manager and contacted Trip.com (where we booked), but nobody lifted a finger to help us.
This hotel is a complete scam — it shamelessly advertises “comfort” and “quality,” but delivers only filth, lies, and misery. Staying here has been nothing short of a nightmare.

There are some soundproofing issues, but the inside of the accommodation was very clean!
The parking lot and breakfast options are a bit disappointing,
but it was nice that I could see the old town on foot.
There was a Chinatown nearby, so it was good for late-night snacks, and the front desk staff were friendly.
I didn't use it, but there was a washing machine and dryer inside, so it would be good for doing laundry while traveling. ㅎㅎ

Friendly staff at check in. We got a big and spacious room. Clean and comfy bed. No complaints at all. The breakfast is very American with a lot of food in package, but something to get in your stomach to start the day. We would come back!

Hotel is quite new. It is more like Condotel and has full facilities. Kitchen and laundry. Good for families. Right at the gate of Chinatown so there were plenty of food to choose from. Short walk to Montreal old town too.
