I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The room I was assigned was infested with bedbugs. I couldn't sleep all night, and I woke up with rashes all over my back and arms due to my allergic reaction. I showed the bedbugs to the receptionist around 1:00 a.m., who fortunately moved me to another room, but the damage was already done.
I had to leave my clothes in the room because they were already infested, which is a loss for me. I'm writing this message with my arms still swollen and painful.
I strongly advise you to have your rooms checked to prevent other guests from having this unpleasant experience.

I was catching a flight in Montreal, and it was more than 20 minutes' drive from the airport, which was quite convenient. The hotel is close to the highway, and the parking lot is under the bridge, which is not very convenient. The hotel room is spacious and clean!
