Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Montreal

It’s good but not satisfying actually they charge for parking my previous visit in Montreal but n other hotels they didn’t charge for parking anyway it’s good experience

Nice place to stay.

The staff members were great, but the hotel itself was seriously lacking. The hotel's free breakfast was the most disappointing breakfast I've ever encountered at a hotel, and consisted of almost exclusively bread products. On our first morning, they potatos were completely raw in the center. The pool water was uncomfortably warm and visibly murky, and the shape and depth of the pool left a lot to be desired. The room was perfectly fine, but I would have liked to be able to have things brought up to me when I called the lobby for them, instead of having to go down. By the end of the trip, both elevators were out of service, which makes the hotel completely unaccessible for disabled individuals and large rolling suitcases. I chose this hotel over cheaper options so that I could have free breakfast included in my costs and have access to a pool during this heatwave, and overall, I'm very disappointed. I would not stay here again.
