Not as clean as other hilton hotels that I have been, decent breakfast, good location.

Staff were very friendly, found everybody very pleasurable. Free drinks and breakfast are nice.

We stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was poor to nothing at Embassy Suites, we didn’t feel welcomed upon check in. The turnover of our room was terrible, there were 2 of us but only one set of towels etc. Bathtub was truly dusty and the drainage was poor. The pillows and bed were too soft for neck and back support and comfort. Breakfast was alright with a not so cheerful chef on site to cook your overdone omelette. We asked for extra bottles of water one evening at 8pm and it never came after following up 3 more times. Also only 1 lift was working and the queue for the lift took a lot of time. We had problems getting in and out of the parking lot even though we had the designated bar code ticket for hotel residents. Other than its convenient location, I don’t see why people should come. There’s Le Westin right beside and if you have the budget, the intercontinental is just a block away.

The room is big enough, with bedroom area, office area, and washing area, but the air conditioner is too old and makes a loud noise when it is turned on. The breakfast is OK, with a rich selection of staple food and drinks, but no vegetables. The location is very good. It is very convenient to cross a small road when attending a meeting at the Montreal Convention Center. It is also about a 15-minute walk to the station by bus 747 to the airport. For Montreal, which often snows heavily in winter, the travel pressure is not a little bit reduced.

The room is big and clean, and the service is also very good. It is in the city center and close to Chinatown. The only drawback is that breakfast ends at 9:30, and the parking fee is very expensive, with an additional charge of 35🔪. The deposit of 70 dollars collected will be refunded within 5-10 working days

Good location and close to old Montreal Pleasant restaurant and bar

The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service attitude is also very good. The hotel is very generous, and there is always food and drink delivered to the room. Every afternoon, the restaurant has a happy hour, and you can drink beer, drinks and snacks for free. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are relatively old. Because they are old, the environment and hygiene feel average.
