Maison très confortable et très bien située (transports et commerces). On a pu visiter Montréal sans voiture. La cuisine est correcte (manque un peu de vaisselles pour éviter d’avoir à laver après chaque repas et poêle / casserole un peu petites). Une bouilloire serait très utile. La literie est confortable. Tous les équipements (draps, serviettes, …) étaient très bien et propres.

We spent 3 nights and it was great. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Montreal! The space was spotless, exactly as described, and felt very comfortable. The host was responsive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

Nous avions réservé il y a 6 mois pour une semaine dans un appartement. Nous sommes à deux semaines de partir (billet d'avion payer etc...) et nous voyons notre réservation annulée. Sans message du propriétaire, ni excuse. Après vérification sur Google , nous ne sommes pas les premiers à qui cet hôtel fait le coup à la dernière minute. Bien évidemment maintenant les prix pour les autres logements sont beaucoup plus élevé et nous nous retrouvons sans rien.

We had a wonderful stay and Michael was very accommodating and the room was perfect! We will definitely be returning! The apartment was in such a perfect spot; so close to downtown and lovely shops and restaurants! Everything you need is so close!

We stayed here with extended family, and it was absolutely perfect. Having the entire place to ourselves was ideal for hosting a big family dinner. Michael thoughtfully provided heaters, allowing us to enjoy the outdoor space even in November. The layout of the property is very flexible, with options for separate entrances and shared common spaces, or it can all connect to accommodate larger groups. Just make sure to specify the number of people and (comfortable) beds you’ll need when booking. Michael went above and beyond to assist us and promptly answered all our questions. The neighborhood is delightful, with plenty of shops within a block or two, and it’s a lovely walk to Old Port. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and accessible family/group rooms
Comfortable and simple hotel (not sure if this qualifies as a hotel in the true sense) for families. We are two adults and a grown child needing a separate bed and this fit our requirements perfectly. Room was comfortable and warm. Beds and other amenities were good. Only issue I had was the carpet smelled when it got wet near the door. And because it was a tad cold, we couldnt open the window. Paid parking is off campus, in a nearby condo that needs to be booked in advance which I did not do, but the owner/manager was very kind to allow me to use it at a flat fee (unlimited in/out). Very close to downtown Montreal, a short drive or an easy walk from Eaton Centre Montreal and other places in the business district. Also close to McGill.

Great stay in Griffintown!
The host (Michaël) was so friendly and helpful. Very quiet stay and the secret garden is a peaceful place to relax. Great stay in Griffintown if you want something "particulier".
