The hotel was very nice. I had read we'd need to get certain items from the front desk (e.g., towels etc.), but the room was well-stocked upon arrival. Nothing extra was needed. We were also able to get into the room a couple hours early, which was great as we had arrived mid-day (they also had space for luggage downstairs, if needed). We peeked at the rooftop amenities (gym, sauna, outdoor seating), which were really something! I think ultimately the location was the biggest highlight as we were able to walk from the hotel all around Old Montreal, and there was easy access to the Metro as well.

Very nice hotel with an awesome location in old port Montreal. It has everything you need, including spacious rooms, a sauna und a rooftop with an incredible view. We love it here. Potential areas for improvement include:
- we stayed for 6 days and there was no room service. Not a single day.
- the gym is very basic. You can’t really do anything there if you have a certain training level
- it has a hot tub but you can’t use it. Reasons are unclear.

This hotel apartment is really beyond my expectation. It is very clean, new, and well-equipped! The location is also excellent! I decisively booked my Ottawa trip with this company and will choose this company again next time.

Excellent location and very big space for those looking for more space. The main downside is the street noise - it can be very noisy even with the earplugs.

The room was clean and the facilities were new, but there were no amenities that are usually provided by hotels, such as slippers, shower caps, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. No one took the initiative to clean the room and change towels, etc., so you have to make your own requests.

The hotel is located in the old town, so it's good for sightseeing.
It's more like an apartment than a hotel, as the name suggests. It's very nice because it has kitchen facilities. I highly recommend staying for a short period of 2-3 days, but I don't recommend staying for more than 4 days. That's because they don't clean the place. You have to pay $90 for cleaning. You can request for towels and such.
