Place reeked of cigarette smell. Both of us have allergies to cigarette smoke. Loud talking in hallway. Had to evacuate. Could not stay. Request refund

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any booking; very poor communication regarding entry procedures; when I opened lock box…NO KEY! Wasted 2 hours and ******* had to book another place!

A real flat in a real neoghbourhood.
Well laid out and beautifully quiet. Great air con. Kitchen needed towels. Bathroom needs shelf for toilettries, as does the shower. Comfortsble bed. Living room needs lamps. Very clean.
The handrail outside is loose and makes carrying a suitcase very scary.

Great stay. Everything was clear. Don't go there with a car unless you know where to park. The place was comfortable.
The communication was good, although i couldn't answer myself. All the info was there.
