Very shitty personal. We didn’t indicate our child during the booking and we arrived at reception at 21:30.
The lady looked very badly and told: “If I want I can cancel ur reservation”. It’s not that u wanna hear as soon as u arrive at night in the hotel. Also I checked before booking that this hotel allows staying with children. But the reality was unpleasant.
The same lady decided to block 150€ on our card in case “if u broke something”. It haven’t been written in any part of the rules.
At 21:45 we wanted to have a dinner in the restaurant of this hotel but “sorry the kitchen is already closed”.
The floor in our room was dirty. If u don’t have ur flip-flops ur feet become black in couple of minutes.
So I don’t advise to stay there if u wanna have a good mood.

Personnels très agréable Chambre pas franchement propre elle sont vieilles Alors en ce qui concerne le bruit on entend très très bien nos voisins pas sonoriser Et les repas du dimanche soir à fuir Seul petit point positif le petit déjeuner et le personnel

Points négatifs: Moquette tachée et fait sale dans les chambres on à franchement pas envie d’y mettre les pieds pour se coucher !! Les abords des chambres tachées font vraiment pas envie de dormir à l’hôtel Oreiller très mou et petit pensez aux personnes qui ont des problèmes de nuque. Restauration prohibitif pour les plats. Points positifs : Personnel tous fort sympathique Petit déjeuner très diversifié et bon. Propreté de la literie rien à redire.

Nous avons "dormis" 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Les chambres ont vraiment besoin d'être refaites. La literie est vraiment pas top, le lit faisait du bruit dès qu'on se retournait, pas très confortable, la porte d'entrée grinçait à chaque ouverture ou fermeture, la salle de bain bof bof, douche écaillée etc... les sols tachés, par contre la propreté est présente, on voit bien le travail des femmes de chambre, qui sont très souriante et sympa. C'est juste que le matériel et le mobilier sont vieillot. Le personnel d'accueil et petit déjeuner sont très sympathique et souriant également. Nous avons bien été accueilli, vraiment. Et nous les remercions. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, avec un large choix. Merci pour ça d'ailleurs. Pour le personnel, nous reviendrons, pour les chambres et le couchage, un peu moins.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ils font tout pour nous agrémenter le séjour. Les chambres sont propres et le cuisto nous fait régaler les papilles. Je recommande vivement :) j’ai passé 4 jours dans cet hôtel et j y reviendrai
