Buitiful hotel ,amazing room and scenery, great attentive team at the reception, restaurant and bar . Very pleasant experience. I forgot a smart watch charging cable . They communicated with me via my email and send the cable to the other side of Costa Rica via rapid registerd mail and refused to charge me for the related cost .

Had a good stay there. But the rooms despite being nice and newer have a large glass blocks window without curtains . So it is impossible to rest properly as it is always so bright . Please put some curtains on those huge block windows. The restaurant prices are high . We spent $12 !!! for a minuscule Maracuya tartelette which was runny and so small . Disappointing. The large pool jacuzzi on day one was not heating and on day two , the jets didn’t work … Disappointing after a long day hiking . The staff is polite and welcoming especially Freddie at breakfast and Melanie at the desk. But all the rest of the staff were super nice and helpful.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit modernen, großen Zimmern und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen und die Drinks in Restaurant oder Bar waren sehr gut. Die Massage Harmony und der private jacuzzi waren sehr erholsam. Vielleicht etwas weit weg vom Stadtkern, aber schön ruhig

The bed and the pillows makes you really rest, everyone is so kind and willing to help, the pool and jacuzzi also good with hot water, towels are soft, good food for breakfast and last the property have a walking trail to enjoy the woods recommend after the breakfast if you have time

Honestly, this hotel should be rated much higher. It felt luxe and private. Employees remembered us by name, always friendly, warm, and attentive. The pool was exceptional- heated to a perfect temp and so big that it always felt as if we had the whole pool to ourselves.

This was a beautiful mountain side hotel in Monte Verde. jr. suite was spacious, clean and relaxing. Hotel staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Saw a ton of wildlife. Included Breakfast which was very good.

Alla reception sono gentilissimi e appena arrivati ti portano con una golf car a farti vedere la struttura, ti portano i bagagli in camera loro. La stanza è molto grande ma completamente da rimodernare, bagno degli anni 70. La mia era una stanza standard. Dalle foto sembrava diversa, ho scoperto che quelle che mettono come prime immagini sui siti sono le junior suite. La colazione molto buona ma con la pecca che puoi scegliere solo un opzione tra quelle indicate, un po’ poco, rimani con la fame. La piscina grande e riscaldata, peccato quel tetto di plasticone sopra che rovina la vista. Tramonto bellissimo dalla loro terrazza e si vede bene anche fenomeno della “nebulosa”. Alla struttura ci arrivi per una strada non asfaltata, sterrata e piena di buche. Consiglio 4x4.
