We booked two suits but only had one parking stall. Breakfast was minimal and didn’t start on time which caused us to have to eat and run to get to our tour. Dinner -pizza was really good but the other members of our party their meals - fish over cooked and potatoes still raw. Would not choose to stay here if we return.

The garden is nice, and the hotel grounds were very nice. we had an amazing time in monteverde, there are many things to do and the hotel location was perfect, We had a very nice room for two nights and we just love it, highly recommended for nature lovers

The staff are amazing, and the breakfast was one of the best weve had all trip! The facilities are a little older sometimes, but honestly evwrything is clean, beautogul, and the place is very good overall

Perfect blend of comfort and nature. We felt like we were in the heart of the cloud forest but still had all the modern amenities we needed. Staff was super helpful with booking tours and transportation. Would definitely recommend for families

The grounds are well-kept, and you can spot hummingbirds and butterflies right outside your door. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Great value for the price, Everything was just amazing , we loved this hotel location and facilities

. The staff was polite but not very helpful when we had issues with the shower.The hotel is very well located and close to the rain forest, We had a very nice and clean room, The gardens were just amazing absolutely the best in the area, great service.

! The gardens are stunning, and the view from our room was breathtaking. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had local options, which we loved. We had a very nice room very close to the rain forest.Highly recommend for nature lovers
