Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was lovely with a fridge and coffee maker. Room serviced every day with clean towels.Pizzas were fab. Tyson was amazing. Liked after us very well and made lovely happy hour cocktails. Thank you for taking care of us.

This is a small, family run hotel where we were welcomed like family but treated like royalty. All the staff were beyond helpful and friendly, especially Tyson in the restaurant. It was my birthday when we were there and a surprise cake appeared from nowhere! Lovely touch. The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. This isn’t 5 star luxury but it is an exceptional ‘off the beaten track’ hotel, although you can still walk to a number of good restaurants, where the staff go out of their way to ensure you have the best of stays. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The views from this hotel are stunning! You can see the rolling hills and cloud forest from the property. The service was top-notch, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. very good restaurant and great service,A truly special place!

Atención excelente de todos los colaboradores, especialmente de Ricardo y Tyson. Muy rico el desayuno típico. La habitación del segundo piso que nos tocó es muy acogedora y con una vista excelente a la puesta del sol. Se ubica en una zona tranquila de Cerro Plano, pero se puede ir caminando a Santa Elena.
