Desde nuestra llegada nos atendieron super bien, nos dieron toda la información de actividades para poder escoger, nos quedamos 2 noches, sin embargo no nos alcanzó para conocer y visitar el montón de lugares que tiene Monteverde Sin duda un 10 de 10 El hotel es super cómodo, limpio, con desayuno incluido, delicioso, justo para aventurarse en el día Super cerca del centro, donde encuentras de todo.

This was such an amazing experience at this hotel! Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, excellent service, very helpful front desk staff. They were able to sign us up for so many experiences and they all knew English. It was an easy walk to get into town and find amazing restaurants and cafes. The coffee in town is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monteverde.

Como en todo sitio en que haya una relación de contacto con el cliente, no hay segunda oportunidad para una primera impresión. La persona que me recibe en recepción limitó su información a decirme que la unidad de transporte que andábamos ( una Microbus ), no entraba en el parqueo y que no serían responsables. Su comentario demostró molestia. Aseguró si ustedes no traen sus clientes aquí, nosotros no le podemos dar espacio a su Microbus. No recibí información sobre horarios de alimentación, políticas del hotel, ni siquiera la clave del internet. Creo que esta es la información más importante a compartir con un visitante de primera vez. Esto, comprendo, es un caso muy particular y más que en el hecho de no brindar servicio de parqueo, me enfoco en la falta de información y ese toque que haga sentir Bienvenido al visitante. Nos tocó una habitación con una cama sencilla y una matrimonial, lo cual, dejó muy poco espacio entre las camas y el acceso al baño. El servicio del wifi en nuestra habitación realmente débil. Buen servicio de desayuno. Personal muy amable. La habitación tenía en general muy buena limpieza a nuestro ingreso. Buen espacio para el equipaje, aunque no había un taburete o similar para subirlas por lo que se debía realizar sobre la cama. Buen servicio de agua caliente. Toallas limpias.

Kamer 23. In deze kamer is geen enkele mogelijkheid om je kleding op te bergen. Geen kast, geen haakje of kast aanwezig. Geen kluisje en een bed wat zo hard is dat het wel lijkt alsof je op een plank ligt. Het hotel heeft op sommige kamers uitzicht over het dorp. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Wenn man gerne kalt duscht und mit einem marginalen Frühstück incl. sehr dünnem Kaffee zufrieden ist , kann man dort übernachten. Gebuchter und bezahlter Bungalow war nicht verfügbar. Personal bemüht Aussicht je nach Zimmer gut oder schlecht. Zentrum ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Perfect view and quit place. 10 minutes to the park and all extreme entertainment. Our room was with columpio and it was nice to sit on it during rains. We even decided to stay longer in Monteverde due to perfect place where to rest after all walking 💚

We stayed there for a night and had great time. We typically don't spend much time in our hotel and this was no exception. However, the beds were good and the room was clean. Great balcony with an amazing view. Sure the TV was ancient but who cares! The complimentary welcome drinks don't include any alcohol but the juice was great and we thought the food was fine and we enjoyed it. It is a climb if getting there by foot. We drove so that was not a problem. One thing that I will say is that it was very, very windy up there. The wind was whipping at our balcony door all night and I was waiting for it to shatter. It did not happen of course but it did keep me up since I am a light sleeper-- everybody else slept fine. They even liked the sound of the wind whipping away at the room. In addition to the balcony in our room, which is big enough for yoga, etc, there is a communal balcony as well, where you one can do yoga, enjoy the view, or hang out and talk to others in the sun. Overall, our stay was excellent and we enjoyed it. While there we did the night tour, zipline, and walked around and ate in the town center.

Receptionist was very nice,along with the rest of the staff and room was great value. You can easily walk down into town in a few minutes, but there is a steep walk back uphill. Really good value if you're on a budget. * I would stay here again.
